Two systems working as one: booking in chat, the clinic on rails

A clinic with several branches, each managing its calendar its own way. Patient files were scattered, reminders were made by hand, and management had no single view of revenue or chair utilisation until month end.

We deployed DentalCore as the central system across branches: importing the existing patient data and building a calendar per dentist and per chair with conflicts blocked automatically. Then we connected ChatCore on top, so patients book and reschedule in an ordinary WhatsApp conversation and the appointment lands directly in the right branch calendar.
