We built ROOT because the tools we needed did not exist in Arabic
ROOT is a business systems company built in Palestine, developing SaaS products and custom software for businesses across the Middle East and North Africa.
Built in Palestine
Every small and mid-sized company in this region hits the same wall: it grows a little, and the manual tools that once worked become the bottleneck. Then the choice narrows to two bad options — an expensive foreign system with a poor Arabic layer, or Excel and WhatsApp.
We started ROOT to build the third option. Arabic-native systems, designed around how shops, clinics, and schools here actually operate — not how software written somewhere else assumes they do.
We work without outside funding and build at the speed quality allows. Every product we have started as one real problem at one real client, then grew into a system others now run on.

How we work
Clarity before features
A system a staff member understands on day one beats one with a hundred features nobody opens.
Arabic is the origin
Not a language toggle in the settings. Language, direction, and reporting are Arabic from the first line of code.
We build for after delivery
These systems live for years. We write them to be updated and extended, not handed over and forgotten.
Measurable impact
If a system did not save time, money, or an error, it did not work. That is the only scoreboard.
We are expanding into the Gulf starting with Oman, and preparing TalabatCore as a self-serve product — sign up, configure it, and run it without waiting on our team. And we are starting to hire.
